What we collect

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in and your message. Enquiries submitted through our website form are processed by our form provider, Jotform, which may store data on servers outside Australia.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about the services you asked about.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Website chatbot

We collect chat messages and, if you provide them with consent, your name and email address, to respond to enquiries. Chat content is processed by our website platform Lovable (via its AI Gateway) and by Anthropic (Claude), and may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and the EU, under their privacy terms: Lovable privacy terms and Anthropic API privacy information.

Chat transcripts are sent to LeaderTech by email via our form provider, Jotform, which may store data outside Australia, so we can respond and improve our service. These emailed transcripts are kept as enquiry records like Contact page enquiries. Chats, messages and contact details in the website database are deleted after 30 days, and rate-limit records (a salted hash of your IP address) after 24 hours, through an automatic hourly deletion process. Rate limiting uses a salted hash of your IP address; we do not store your raw IP address, user agent or location in chatbot records.
